Are EVXO Cosmetics Cruelty-Free And Vegan? What About Gluten-Free?

Yes, all of our cosmetics and products are vegan, gluten-free and cruelty-free. We at EVXO are very committed to animal welfare so all of our products are tested on human friends, not our furry friends.

Do You Offer Product Samples?

Our apologies, we do not currently offer samples at this time. If you're concerned about finding your correct foundation shade, send us a message and we'll work with you to figure out the correct one. We also have a very simple exchange process in the event that a shade is too light or too dark for you upon arrival. 

What Are My Payment Options?

We accept PayPal and all major cards.

DO YOU SELL INTERNATIONALLY?

We do, however unless you purchase a shipping option that provides insurance should something happen, we cannot refund international orders if there is a shipping issue. Once we ship the product, it's out of our hands. We do accept international returns. 

Why Did I Receive A Product I Didn't Order?

When possible we like to add in an extra product for you to try! Of course you are not charged for any extra products we decide to include in your box, and if you're concerned about waste feel free to add a note specifying that you would not like to receive any samples with your order. 

Where Do You Ship To?

At this point we are only able to sell in the US, as international shipping for our products has proven to be too expensive and the delivery is unreliable. As soon as these bugs are worked out, we are excited to start shipping internationally again.

How Do I Track My Order?

When we ship your items you will receive a tracking number.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Unfortunately for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used cosmetics or body products. We’ll gladly accept unused products for a full refund however. In the event you order a product with shade variation and the shade is wrong for you, please contact us within 7 days and we will process an exchange for you as long as the product is unopened. 

What Do I Do If I Receive A Damaged Product?

Oh no, we’re so sorry about that! Please shoot us an email along with a picture at evxocosmetics@gmail.com with “Defective Item” in the subject line. Be sure to include your contact info and order number. We promise to fix the issue and make it right!

What Is The Best Way To Contact EVXO Customer Service?

Currently the best way to contact us is to use to contact section of our website, or email us at evxocosmetics@gmail.com. Someone will get back to you within 24 hours at the latest, though usually much quicker than that.

Do You Have An Influencer/Promoter Program?

We do not have an influencer program at this time, but there are times where we make an educated decision to work with people and blogs that benefit our brand and align with our values. If you think your blog or page fits that criteria, feel free to send a message via our ‘contact’ section.

Do You Do Wholesale?

Thanks for your interest! We are in the process of working out our wholesale prices, so if you’re interested in carrying our products please send us a message and we’ll notify you when wholesale prices have been confirmed.
